Pay rate is $20.55 per hour, with a fixed shift and a program to claim extra shifts across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, employees will undergo a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, notifying site contacts and emergency personnel when required.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs per Allied Universal and site requirements.
