Allied Universal in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Systems to provide reliable, shift-based coverage at a designated site. The role emphasizes customer service, safety procedures, and incident response within a financial institution setting.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.64 per hour with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred alarm panel experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly with proper reporting and escalation.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the site, including entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
