Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Monitoring in Minneapolis, MN. The role offers flexible, fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and optional extra shifts to increase earnings through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $19.73 per hour. This position emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response within a technology-focused corporate site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Complete activity logs and shift communications per site requirements.
