Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Site Patrol in Minneapolis, MN. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts with the ability to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and conduct patrols across the residential site. Pay rate is $18.95 per hour with a six-month anchor shift commitment and opportunities to advance through paid training programs within a supportive team

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• As a condition of employment, drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Monitor access points, common areas, parking areas, and building entrances.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property.
• Document observations and incidents in site reporting procedures.
