Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, common areas, parking areas, and entrances to maintain order.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and report according to procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the property.
• Document observations and incidents according to reporting procedures.
