Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document observations in required reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence while protecting confidential information in accordance with site policies.
