Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Keewatin, MN to provide reliable security coverage with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through the schedule platform. The role offers a pay rate of $17.75 per hour and part-time hours designed for flexibility and income stability.

You will perform security procedures, monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete daily reports at an industrial manufacturing site, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned facility spaces to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific requirements.
