Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Criminal histories considered as per applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials when required and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with leadership or emergency services.
• Prepare clear reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts, and maintain a welcoming environment.
