Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media and telecommunications site.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor credentials and direct individuals to the correct location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving; notify site contacts and responders.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately following reporting procedures.
