• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials when required and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with leadership or emergency services.
• Prepare clear reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat: 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials when required, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs, communicate observations to site contacts, and maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
