Qualifications

• Six months of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or security license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies at a technology infrastructure location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking, and critical spaces.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
