Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including building interiors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
