Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Enhanced Security Officer in Quincy, MA. This role features fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, aligning with a flexible, dependable schedule.

The position offers a $19.70 hourly pay rate and opportunities to build experience while supporting patient, visitor, and staff safety across healthcare settings and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to observe and report incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Assist with access-control activities, visitor direction, and maintaining a professional presence that helps support an orderly environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
