Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors, following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally per facility protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions throughout the location.
• Document patrol observations and communicate information to supervisors and site contacts.
