Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Investigation in North Quincy, MA. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts through the scheduling platform, with a fixed anchor shift each week.

The position supports security procedures, incident response, and routine patrols at a financial institution, providing dependable hours and potential progression toward full-time roles within the industry leader.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
