Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Framingham, MA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Responsibilities include assisting clients, monitoring dispatch, and maintaining logs while ensuring safety and security at the site. The position requires reliability, integrity, and the ability to work a Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications and coordinate deployment of personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor for unusual activity.
