Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and tenants at a financial services office by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Operate the front desk, greet visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor/access records.
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report unusual activity and equipment issues.
Respond to incidents and coordinate with personnel and emergency responders when needed.
Support a professional lobby environment by answering calls and communicating clearly with site contacts and leadership.
