Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check per laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a site by following site procedures and security protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and per established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, deliveries, and other observations.
