Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in assigned areas following visitor management procedures.
• Prepare reports and logs for patrol activity, incidents, and observations.
