Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Part Time Badge Enrollment) in Boca Raton, FL. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with options to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with a day-time schedule. Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of security experience, a guard card, and high school diploma or equivalent. Eligible for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorization for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries, and maintain visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of clubhouse areas, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Document incidents and unusual activity per site procedures.
