Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required.
Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors at a healthcare and residential location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas and perimeters.
Monitor access points and assist with directions; report concerns to site contacts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and according to site procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activity; communicate with leadership.
