Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Access Control Reception in Bronx, NY. You will manage entry points, verify badges, monitor activity, and deliver customer service to employees and visitors.

The role uses computer/tablet systems for logging and communication, supporting a safe, orderly environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ (21+ for armed), background check, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 (21 for armed) and have a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors and vendors at a utility location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry to restricted areas.
• Maintain access logs, issue/recover badges, and report discrepancies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms; document activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas.
