Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required by law.
• 21+ years of age for armed role.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while enforcing site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and assist with emergency response.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the location and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Control access to restricted areas and document activity and incidents.
