Earn $19.57 per hour with a six-month anchor shift commitment and potential to scale up to 40 hours per week. This position emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred where required by state law.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may be conducted as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors using access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle records and communicate access information.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document security-related concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
