Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Control access by verifying identifications and credentials per policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points and maintain visitor logs and credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
• Regularly patrol and report security concerns across assigned areas.
