Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers.
• Observe activity at gates and docks and report access issues to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters.
