Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with site contacts and leadership.
