Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with authorized entry and directing visitors to locations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations per site policy.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain shift logs and communications.
