Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Driver Site Checks in Montgomery, AL. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, with flexibility to build a schedule and explore new roles using our shift-claim platform.

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using a computer or tablet. You will perform patrols, verify credentials, respond to incidents, and coordinate with site personnel.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees while following site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials; document incidents.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Report maintenance concerns and other security observations to leadership.
