Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Officer to support a Falls Church aerospace/defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access points, and provide customer service.

Minimum requirements include an active DoD Secret clearance, a high school diploma, and the ability to work night shifts as listed. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn more through the Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization in accordance with site procedures; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
