Job summary

Allied Universal in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to support distribution logistics. You will provide customer service, conduct unarmed patrols of loading areas and perimeters, monitor access and credentials, and respond calmly to incidents while following site procedures.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a pay rate of $15.50 per hour, on-site training, and opportunities to advance within Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company.

Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local regulations.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouses, and perimeters.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per site procedures.
• Prepare detailed activity reports and shift handoff communications.
