Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for a site in Brunswick, GA. You will provide customer service, monitor access, and deter incidents with a visible security presence.

Typical duties include patrols of loading and parking areas, reporting observations to leadership, and maintaining site safety. Candidates must be 18+ for unarmed roles with background checks and potential CPR/license preferences.

Qualifications

• TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and resolve access concerns calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and contractor entry.
• Document observations and report to site leadership.
