Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vehicle activity, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.
