Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall areas to identify hazards and report.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity per procedures.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership or responders.
