Qualifications

• A valid driver's license required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Backgrounds considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures and emergency response when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor for hazards and incidents, report observations through site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency services.
