Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, process visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the location, including directing authorized traffic and reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, exterior areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
