Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Credentialed Driver to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. This role combines security duties with driving responsibilities, requiring a valid driver’s license and a TWIC credential.

You will patrol, monitor access, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

Must possess a TSA-issued TWIC credential.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
Conduct regular and random patrols at manufacturing and industrial locations.
Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization; maintain entry/incident documentation.
Observe site activities and report hazards or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
