Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Access Control Patrol Presence in Orange, CA to safeguard clients across commercial real estate and related properties. You will conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access points, deter incidents, and deliver professional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-related issues in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, entrances, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
