Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Commercial Office Campus Access Control in Orange, CA. You will serve tenants, visitors, and staff, monitor access points, conduct unarmed patrols, and respond to incidents with calm, clear communication. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Applicants subject to a background investigation.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Drivers license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, lobbies, parking areas, garages, exterior grounds and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with authorized entry and directing guests to locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Complete activity, incident reports and daily logs with clear information.
