Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Bristol, TN. You will provide customer service to visitors and staff, conduct unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with a pay rate of $17.24 per hour. Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of security experience and a high school diploma, with CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and government facility personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
