Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes.
• Respond to access control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of building common areas and perimeter to identify security concerns.
• Direct visitors, manage deliveries, and communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access control alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Assist with directing visitors, managing deliveries, and communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
