Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of office spaces, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents and daily activities in required logs.
