Job summary

Allied Universal, Oklahoma City's leading security provider, is seeking a part-time Security Officer – Access Control Driver. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain records for a logistics and distribution site, helping keep employees, visitors, and drivers safe.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and offers weekly pay with a flexible schedule. Training, weekend coverage, and the chance to advance within a large national security company are available.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and safety policies during access control and daily operations.
• Demonstrate alertness and responsiveness to incidents and escalations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
• Control access to freight areas, yards, docks, and other restricted locations in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
