Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and safety procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
• Control access to freight areas, yards, docks, and other restricted locations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter; adapt to location conditions.
