Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, talent, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies.
• Welcome and screen visitors, verify credentials, manage guest check-in, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor facility access and direct guests to appropriate areas in a media/entertainment workplace.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and support routine front-desk and security inquiries.
