Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter locations; report unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; notify site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Document observations and security concerns in timely reports and communicate with leadership.
