Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns calmly using established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site requirements and communicate with staff.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and promptly communicate security concerns to site leadership.
