Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol at our Indianapolis, IN site. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform, and a pay rate of 24.51 per hour.

You will perform security procedures, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional presence at a busy retail location.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document observations.
• Maintain a professional presence at a high‑profile location while following site requirements.
