Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Scranton, PA. The role focuses on on-site security, customer service, and incident response at a designated site with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts through the Earn More program.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities to grow into a full-time schedule while maintaining flexibility. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies calmly and according to procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the assigned retail location.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Assist with access control and documenting daily activity as required.
