Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of patient care areas, public spaces, parking areas, building entrances, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, checking credentials as required, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
